REFUND POLICY



RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your order must have a defect on the item or an error. The items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with the corresponding label.

We do not accept returns on specified details; please read the product sheets carefully before making a purchase:

The measurements of the products are specified in the description; please read them carefully. Please take into account the size guide as well as your body type when choosing your size.

To request an exchange or refund, please refer to the length in cm specified on our product sheets. If there is a measurement error, the return will be validated; otherwise, it will not be.

Uncut threads that do not impact the product or chalk marks (note that these marks are washable) are not considered defects. 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your package, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This condition does not apply to defects and/or errors on our part; however, please alert us within the mentioned time frame.

It is impossible to modify or cancel an order once it has been prepared, packaged, and processed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs, PayPal / or Stripe goods and services fees will be deducted from it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact the issuer of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.
Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is displayed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sav.basmastour@gmail.com
Return and reshipping costs are your responsibility.


Shipping
To return a product, you must first contact us via the following email address:  sav.basmastour@gmail.com. We will inform you of the approval or denial of the return and will send you the shipping address.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

For foreign countries: customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and are therefore non-refundable.

MONDIAL RELAY :

ALL ORDERS RETURNED TO THE SENDER WILL NOT BE RECOVERED.

Thank you for picking up your orders at the relay point within the indicated timeframe (5 days), we disclaim responsibility for returns to the sender and are not liable for this. We will not consider any claims and no refunds will be possible.

Please check your emails (spam) to be notified of the arrival of your package and avoid any issues. Make sure to provide a valid email address at checkout.

⚠️ The company Basmastour is registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the United States. Consequently, some payment platforms or banks may apply conversion or international transaction fees during the settlement. These potential fees are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.
