REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your order must contain an item defect or error. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. 

We do not provide returns on specified details, please read the product sheets carefully before purchasing:

Product measurements are specified in the description, please read them carefully. Please take the size guide and your body type into account when choosing your size.

To request an exchange or refund, please refer to the length in cm specified on our product sheets. If this contains a measurement error then the return will be validated otherwise this will not be the case.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since we received your package, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

It is impossible to modify or cancel an order once it has been prepared, packaged and processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs,paypal/or Stripe goods and services fees will be deducted from it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@basmastour.com.



Shipping
To return a product, you must first contact us via the following email address:  basmastour@gmail.com. We will let you know whether or not the return has been approved and we will send you the shipping address.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
For foreign countries: customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, they are therefore non-refundable.
MONDIAL RELAY :
ALL ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.
Please collect your orders from a relay point within the indicated time frame (8 days), we will take care of any returns to the sender and we are in no way responsible for this. We will take into account any complaints and no refunds will be possible.
Please check your emails (spam) to be notified of the arrival of your package and to avoid any problems. Be sure to provide the correct email address when checking out.
