REFUND POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 14 DAYS

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. This right applies to all items, including sale items or those purchased with a promotional code.

2. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can notify us of your withdrawal in two ways: via the online withdrawal feature "Withdraw from the contract here" accessible at the bottom of the site, or by email at basmastour@gmail.com indicating your order number, your first and last name, and the items concerned. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email.

We will then provide you with the return address. You have fourteen (14) days after your notification to return the items to us.

Return conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For returns valued over 75 euros, we recommend using a tracked shipping method: we cannot guarantee the receipt of a package without tracking.

3. REFUND

After receiving and verifying the returned items, we will refund you the full amount paid, including the initial delivery costs at the cheapest standard rate offered, no later than fourteen (14) days after notification of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of the order, free of charge.

A deduction may be applied if the returned items have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics (worn, washed, damaged, tags removed).

If your refund is delayed: first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer (a processing delay is common). If the problem persists, write to us at basmastour@gmail.com.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items, nor to unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. EXCHANGES

Do you want a different size or color? Write to us at basmastour@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt, subject to availability. The return conditions from point 2 apply: return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for the new item are your responsibility. Before ordering, please check the measurements in centimeters indicated on each product page as well as the size guide.

6. DEFECTIVE ITEM OR ORDER ERROR

If you receive an item with a defect, a measurement error compared to the product page, or an item different from your order, contact us at basmastour@gmail.com with supporting photographs. You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, Articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty for hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of proven defect, return shipping costs are fully covered by Basmastour and you can choose between replacement, repair, or refund.

7. MONDIAL RELAY:

ALL RETURNS TO THE SENDER WILL NOT BE RECOVERED.

Please collect your orders at the relay point within the indicated time (5 days), we disclaim responsibility for returns to the sender and are not liable for this. We will not consider any claims and no refunds will be possible.

Please check your emails (spam) to be notified of the arrival of your package and avoid any issues. Make sure to provide a correct email address at checkout.

8. CUSTOMS (OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION)

Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
